Among the studies of the depopulation and hollowization of the villages，the focus of this article is on the urban-rural relations during the process of urbanization，and prevailing belief is that it is the inevitable result of urban involution.However，the problem is these studies neglecting the important factor of globalization in current social development.Based on the previous studies relevant to this field，this essay studied the connections between depopulation and hollowization under the background of urbanization and globalization，which are the two key elements of social development.Based on the case study in the rural area of minority region，the author analyzed the effect of labor service exporting on the cause and character of the hollowization of this village，and believed that the hollowization of the village would bring a serious of social risks.
