矿山社区是一个特殊的地域性社会单位，本文以两个国有大中型矿山企业所在的矿山社区为研究对象，以总人口性别比为性别结构指标，考察矿山社区人口性别结构的现状和特点，从社会变迁视角剖析矿山社区人口性别结构的影响因素，以及矿山社区人口性别比居高引发的社会问题，并提出调整矿山社区人口性别结构的对策建议。
<<Mining community is a special social unit.In this paper，in order to study the status and characteristics of the sex structure of population in mining community，the author takes two state-owned mining enterprises as the research object and the sex ratio of the total population as the index of sex structure to analyze the factors affecting the sex structure of population and the social problems caused by the high sex ratio of population in mining community from the perspective of social change，and put forward measures to balance the sex structure of population in mining community.
