From three aspects of the youth policy，the youth social environment and the youth development evaluation，the report analyzes the environmental situation of youth existence and development in Guangzhou at present. It is found that in recent years，the youth policy is improving，the youth social environment is optimizing，but there has a huge gap between the youth needs and the environments supply，the evaluation of the satisfaction of youth development environment is generally not high. In addition，the report analyzes the main problems and the reasons existing youth development environment in Guangzhou，and gives some advices to optimize the development environments.
