The article is based on the statistic analysis in “The Survey on the Development of Youths in Guangzhou，2014”. The research shows that an increasing number of youths are using internet，and they start to use internet at a younger age. There is also a trend that they use internet for more entertaining activities and more and more mobile devices are applied involved with internet. Based on the analysis about the bahavior youths in Guangzhou show associated with the use of internet，I believe that our authorities should be required to set up a system to provide guidance，supervision，services and educational function. Also，an online platform concerning youths’ behavoir should be established. And another approach is to provide more activities offline，so as to reduce youths’ level of addiction to internet，the online environment，therefore，can be enhanced，which will contribute to a beneficial cycle of“internet +” in Guangzhou.
