The statistical data show that the youth education and learning in Guangzhou have a good social atmosphere. They mainly have good family economic conditions，accordingly they have higher expectations of degree and attach more importance to personal ability enhancement. Most youth actively participate in training to develop interests，therefore more and more youth have got the national professional qualification certificate. The overall satisfaction on education increased. However many problems still exists in youth education and learning，such as unbalanced development，highly educated hope is hard to meet，the personalized development and the quality of youth and family education need to be improved，etc. Therefore，we should insist on the priority to the development of education and the balanced development to guarantee the youth education and learning in Guangzhou. On the other side we should narrow the gap in the youth group education，meet the needs of the young people personality development，and gradually raise the level of youth education，improve the quality of youth amateur training，in order to make the youth lifelong education system perfect.
