中国洛阳牡丹文化节已经成功举办了32届,成为全国四大节会之一,在办节理念、办节模式、办节思路、办节机制等方面均有创新,呈现出鲜明的洛阳特色,积累了宝贵的办节经验,极大地推动了洛阳经济发展和文化繁荣,综合效益十分显著,为洛阳的发展积累了雄厚的优势。洛阳市应进一步放大“中国洛阳牡丹文化节”的品牌效应,顺势而为,推动文化强市建设。
<<Luoyang Peony Cultural Festival had successfully held 32 times,and has become one of four big national festival gatherings. The Festival has innovation in concept,mode,thought and mechanism etc.,has showed sharp Luoyang style,has accumulated valuable experiences,and has largely promoted Luoyang’s economic development and cultural prosperity,which has accumulated strong advantages for Luoyang’s development. Luoyang City should further amplify brand effect of “Peony Festival of Luoyang China” to promote the construction of cultural city.
