In 2014，based on the chance about founding the demonstration plot of national public culture service system，Luanchuan County actively promoted the construction of public cultural service system，deepened the reform cultural system，strengthened the supervision of cultural market，and enhanced the spread of cultural tourism，which has effectively promoted economic development. This report analyzed the County’s current status of cultural development，discussed main issues，and made countermeasures and suggestions on future development.
