Yiyang County has profound historical and cultural heritage，and rich cultural resources. In 2014，on the base of existing advantages，around the goal of founding demonstration plot of national public cultural service system，the County made efforts to create brand culture with local characteristics，which has made progress in cultural construction. Based on current status of cultural development，the report analyzed main issues，and made countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating cultural development.
