Xin’an County has rich historical and cultural resources. In 2014，around the goal of “Cultural County”，based on founding demonstration plot of national public cultural service system，the County continued to increase policy support and investment for cultural industry，which has further promoted the development of local culture. The report summarized the current status of cultural development and existing issues，and made countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating cultural development.
