Yanshi City has rich historical and cultural resources，thereby it has good base of cultural development. The activities of establishing demonstration plot of national public cultural service system initiated in 2012 further promoted the development of local culture. Starting from the construction of public cultural service system，the city deepened the reform of cultural system，strengthened the supervision of cultural market，and strengthened the spread of cultural tourism，which have effectively promoted the development of local economy. On the basis of the collection of existing cultural resources，the report summarized Yanshi’s current status of cultural development in 2014，deeply analyzed and discussed existing issues，and made countermeasures and suggestions on future development.
