洛阳作为非物质遗产保护大市，“非遗”资源丰富，数量众多，种类齐全，影响广泛。2014年，经过相关部门和人员的努力，洛阳的“非遗”保护工作取得了明显成效，但仍然存在一些问题需要解决，需要进一步研究和探索，特别是要细化法律规范，完善工作机制，为“非遗”保护提供强大的制度保障。
<<As a big city of intangible cultural heritage protection，Luoyang has various resources of intangible cultural heritage. In 2014，through the efforts of related departments and people，Luoyang’s protection of intangible cultural heritage made marked progress，but it is necessary to further study and seek，in particular，in the improvement of legal norms and working mechanism，so as to provide strong system security for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
