In 2014，on the basis of founding the demonstration plot of national public cultural service system，Luoyang City carried out all the work，and achieved good results in cultural development. Integrated cultural industry has thrived increasingly，a well-found public cultural service system with reasonable layout and perfect functionality that covers urban and rural areas has been gradually established. Looking ahead，in 2015，Luoyang City will continue to promote the construction of demonstration plot of public cultural service system，more focus on the quality in cultural industry，better develop，utilize and protect cultural resources，further deepen cultural system reform，and further develop cultural tourism.
