The vigorous development of Grass-root Social organizations of Youth poses a great challenge to the youth work in the new era. Based on the empirical materials acquired through questionnaires and case interviews，this report depicts the group feature and participation in organization of the core members from the Grass-root Social organizations of Youth，and the development of the Grass-root Social organizations of Youth. Analysis is made to show the positive implication and potential problems in the establishment of and participation in the grass-root social organization by young people. In the end，initial reflection on policy is made concerning how to guide and foster the development of grass-root social organization of youth and how to build the ties between government and the youth organization.
