Based on both the achievements and difficulties of the current old-age security in Beijing，this article brings up the following countermeasures to improve Beijing old-age security：First of all，it is of much importance to rich the nursing care content which the elderly need variously now；Secondly，the coordinated operation of endowment of public policies should also be paid more attention；Thirdly，professional sustaining system should be developed by such as experts intervention，professional personnel for the aged Educated，community workers trained regularly，endowment service organization cultivation and so on. Besides，it is also necessary to implement the long-term care insurance.
