This report，combining qualitative and quantitative approaches，analyzes the age structure，occupational distribution，mindset，marital status of Women without Registered Permanent Residence in Beijing，the time when they arrived，the communities where they inhabit and the problems therein，their needs for services，etc.，with a view to acquiring an objective understanding of their real status and the difficulties they face in their work and life，and the services they expect from the Women’s Federation. From the perspective of the Federation’s work，the report provides advices，aligned to distinct features of women without Registered Permanent Residence in Beijing，on how the Federation is to enhance its services and management for those women，so as to identify the Federation’s manner and approaches to improve its management in service provision，to facilitate the balanced development of the population，and to provide guidance for orderly integration of the floating population into the Capital city.
