广州青年新媒体使用有普遍化与高频化的趋势,新媒体使用需求有生活化与实用性的特征。新媒体已经成为青年人融入社会的一条重要途径。广州青年对新媒体平台发起的活动,参与程度高、“群际差异”明显,参与行为多样化,热衷于团购、交友以及志愿者服务;对待与利用新媒体的态度与行为,总体上较为理性与克制;而对党团组织与政府的官方新媒体平台,关注程度偏低,但需求程度较高。其中,也反映出一些现实问题,即部分青年“新媒体依赖”问题、青年文化受世俗化的影响、少数青年对“网络谣言”偏听偏信,青年工作“新媒体服务”仍需加强。因此,建议共青团在青年工作中明确对青年思想引导的新媒体应用策略。其基本内容是:以进一步推动青年的媒介素养教育为基础;以新媒体条件下先进青年文化建设为核心;以强化青年“新媒体服务”为切入口。
<<The new media use in Guangzhou Youth group tends to be popular and highly frequent. New media owns the characteristics of alive and practical which had become one of the important way for young people involving into the society. To the activities launched by new media platform,youth in Guangzhou had great participation enthusiasm but obvious inter-group differences with diverse participation behavior. Youth in Guangzhou keened on group purchasing,making friends and volunteers. They were rational and restrained to the new media utilization in general. In contrast,less concern but high demand on the official new media platform of government and party organizations. Noteworthy,several problems such as new media dependence,affect of secular culture and being partial to Internet rumors still existed which called for the reinforce of new media supervision. Therefore,Communist Youth League should be clearly the application strategy of the youth ideology guidance. In details,treating the further promotion of media literacy education as the basis;coring the youth cultural construction under the new media and regarding the youth new media service perfection as the breakthrough point.
