Based on the survey and study on relevant departments，enterprises and cultural tourism，the current situation and problems of Guangzhou cultural tourism development had been summarized. The work idea of “Government Guidance，Market Operation，Combination Part and Whole，Strengthening the linkage，key breakthrough and steady progress” had been established. Moreover，the suggestions including plan improvement，branding，services supports enhancing，enterprises encouraging and guiding and consumer market fostering，as well as the mechanism innovation were proposed to accelerate the integration of Guangzhou cultural tourism industry.
