<<PPM’s acquisition of the children’s book business of Publications International，Ltd. is the largest cross-border acquisition project in China’s publishing industry so far. This acquisition not only makes the Phoenix Education Press the world’s largest publisher of children’s books，but also helps PPM to complement and extend its existing business，and obtain authorization of the international image and global sales channels.
