Along with the the rapid development of mobile Internet，big data and machine learning are two hottest trends，letting the artificial intelligence（AI）technology to complete its closed loop including technology，product，commercial and user sectors. The AI was fragmented rather than integrated system until Xiaoice，a Siri-like application of Microsoft，appeared. AI is already trying to achieve a key goal：a complete intelligent personal agent，which can build an emotional connection with people，and react，think and make decisions. There are still several major hurdles to be overcome，such as the steps from smart machine to intelligent machine，and from rational computing to emotional computing.
