国有企业是国民经济的中流砥柱,也是当前大学生择业时的重要选择。部分国有企业出于历史或现实的原因,存在大量招收职工子女的现象,国有企业青年职工与其父母有明显的代际传承,进而形成了当地青年群体中的“阶层固化”现象。本文以山西某国有煤炭企业所在地为例,以“洄游青年”大学毕业生为研究对象,对当地青年群体中“阶层固化”现象的表现形态、形成原因进行了分析,并就“阶层固化”现象对企业、地方的影响进行了探究。最后,对“阶层固化”现象的未来变化趋势进行判断,并提出几点思考。
<<State-owned enterprises are the mainstays of national economy that have attracted many university graduates when they are choosing a career. However,some state-owned enterprises are eager to recruit those who have a relative working in their certain enterprise,which may result from historial and realistic reason to some degree. This phenomenon has demonstrated the common form of intergenerational transition in China. In this paper,we aim to investigate the consolidated social class phenomenon using the case of a state-owned coal enterprise in Shanxi,and put high emphasis on reflux university graduate. We have analyzed the factors that lead to stratum solidification phenomenon,then further explored the influence of this phenomenon which may effect the town in which this coal enterprise locates. Finally,we would like to propose conclusions as well as thoughts about this phenomenon.
