With the rapid development of digital technology and related industries，transformation and development of the global publishing industry have presented noticeable new features in recent years. How to catch hold of opportunities on deepening reformation of cultural restructure，promoting favorable development and prosperity of socialist culture，and how to innovate talents educating mode of compilation and publication，have increasingly become a subject of common concern in the industry and the academia. In order to meet the needs of development of publishing industry in China and the Beijing development priorities，future editing and publishing talents education in the capital should reform education concepts，explore development of production，teaching and research integration and improve mechanism of multi-level，three-dimensional compound applied talents educating.
