In this study，through questionnaires and case studies from the employment situation，the status and training of personnel training needs and other aspects of social work explores the status of vocational education，low employment rate of vocational counterparts in social work education，and their counterparts in employment is concentrated in community service area；Graduates with practical knowledge and skills advantages diligence insufficient defects；Vocational training in social work education should strengthen the ethical values of social work professionals to deal with the contradiction between supply and demand of talent between schools and employers，practical skills and theoretical knowledge will be a better combination.Finally，from the training objective，professional direction and course design and other aspects of social work education in vocational orientation are explored and suggestions.
