The comprehensive well-off society is a system that combines politics,economics and cultural aspects of development and coordination. According to the report of the Sixteenth Congress saying,it is clearly stated that law construction is less continuous to improve with the development of the comprehensive well-off society than become the most important measure among a well-off society indexes. Hence,the construction and development of the rule of law can afford this well-off society system guarantee and motive power. From 2002 to now,our legal system construction has made a progressive advance through being directed by overall goals: it is that the Chinese characteristic socialism law system has been initially formed; that legal administration has grown to be institutionalized; that statecraft by means of legislation has put into implement and practice. However,there are still many problems existing in the process of legal operation,such as rules of legal system,law enforcement,legal faith,patterns of basic civil rights relief and grassroots legal system. As a result,it is crucial for legal construction to adhere to the people-centered concept of law enforcement,to deepen the reform of the judiciary system,to set up the law in society's authority,to embody judicial justice,to relief social contradictions,so that we can provide a more solid legal protection for the sake of magnificent target in the comprehensive well-off society. <<
