Since Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,social security system in China has developed rapidly,more and more people are benefit from social security system. As new social security policies are bringing into effect,the establishment of a social security system covering both urban and rural residents is near and near. Because of fragment of social security and different people attending different social security plans,there are many problems in link up between different plans. To realize the balance between urban and rural development,these problems should be resolved and protect interest of people. <<
