Building well-off society in all aspect proposed in Sixteenth CPC National Congress is a grand object for the whole party and the people of the nation in the new century. "Well-to-do society", is not only an idea of development with China characteristics, but also a comprehensive target system. And the people of all ethnic groups, under the leadership of the communist party in China, have made a remarkable achievement, enriched and evolved the connotation of well-to-do society, but there has been existing errors and deviation, since the decade of establishing well-off society in an all-around way. In the up-coming conference of Eighteenth CPC National Congress, it is significant for us to summarize experience and lessons, to seize points and difficulties, and to strive for the direction required efforts. There is a fact that we are able to grasp the prime period of strategic opportunity in the first 20 years of this new century, propel economic social development steadily, deepen restructuring the economic system, and accelerate steps to construct well-off society. <<
