Guangzhou has a relatively low occurrence rate of juvenile deviant behaviors and a much lower occurrence rate of unlawful acts or crimes. Community environment，behavior standard of friends，family financial status，relationship between parents and children，school type，students’ structure and school environment can exert a certain influence on deviant behaviors of juveniles. Juvenile deviant behaviors should be prevented by enhancing community management，introducing professional community workers，taking advantage of support network of their friends，and establishing special community correction organizations.
