According to a special comprehensive research of civil investigation carried out by Guangzhou Public Opinion Research Center，we find urban residents’ strongly response to pollution of ecological environment in Guangzhou，numerous civil disturbance and injuries in social order，imbalanced supplies and demands in basic civil service，shortage of diversified guarantee of housing system and lagging social security behind the economic development. Government departments should improve administrative efficiency，so as to realize social supervision.
