There are such problems in endowment service system of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City as land shortage，difficulties in constructing nursing facilities，small scale of nursing organizations，surging demands for nearby nursing，lower service quality，scarce social participation，few financial sources，and low quality of practitioners. Drawing construction experience from Australian “pyramid” endowment service system，Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City could implement such new mode as home nursing service integrating three factors into a single whole，enhance construction of nursing service organizations in community，offer more support to the community nursing and construct state-owned nursing homes in community.
