The title evaluation in Guangzhou has been socialized：reviewers are more professional and socialized；the evaluation objects are more diversified and socialized；the evaluation processes are more transparent，convenient，and efficient. However，the socialization should be deepened in the following aspects：accelerating the evaluation pace；promoting the social innovation of evaluation entity；deepening the socialization of evaluation mechanism；improving the socialized system of evaluation object；and strengthening the government subsequent supervision.
