2014年，中央银行支付清算体系稳健运行，中央银行会计数据集中系统、第二代支付系统等重要基础设施的建设推广取得里程碑式进展，规范支付服务市场发展、深化农村支付市场发展等工作成效显著。同时，支付服务领域个别风险事件有所暴露、人民币国际化步伐加快、人民币清算市场进一步开放等也对中央银行支付清算体系建设提出了更高要求。2015年，中央银行应着力落实中央关于全面深化改革开放、全面加强依法治国的战略部署，瞄准国际金融基础设施建设和规则新标准，处理好市场创新和规范发展的关系，推进我国支付清算体系高效平稳运行。
<<In 2014，the central bank payment and settlement system operated steady. The central bank accounting data concentration system and the second generation system of payment system achieved milepost development，regulating the payment service market development，deepening the rural payment market development has obtained remarkable results. Meanwhile，some payment services risk events has exposed，the pace of RMB internationalization is speeding up，RMB clearing market opens further，etcetera，also put forward higher requirements of the central bank payment and settlement system. In 2015，the central bank should focus on the implementation of the central strategic plan for comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up，the overall strengthening of the rule of law，dealing with the relationship between the development of the market，innovation and norms.
