This research used questionnaires to investigate real estate market demands of Guiyang in 2014，the results show that the housing market demands transformation was obviousily，financial and credit support have promoted the release of housing demand，housing market demands diversification，anticipation price have little impact on the market of Guiyang. This research makes housing market subdivision and expansion of consumer credit channel to promote the development of real estate market in Guiyang.
