    毕节2014年房地产市场运行分析与展望

    摘要

    2014年,毕节市房地产市场呈低迷状态,商品房销量增长速度放缓,销售价格保持平稳,总体上保持了平稳健康发展态势,主要面临房开企业资质整体偏低、土地供应量过大、资金短缺、房地产规划建设管理不规范等问题。下一步需要做好加大金融支持力度;充分发挥住房公积金的作用,确保公积金贷款及时发放;全力打通保障房和商品房的通道;加强市场引导和监管,调动住房消费潜力等工作。

    Abstract

    In 2014,the real estate market in Bijie maintained a depressed state,the speed of commercial housing sales was slow,commercial housing price was stable. The main problems were the qualification of real estate enterprise was low,land supply was too large,the shortage of funds,the real estate planning and construction management lack of standardization,in the next step,it is need to strengthen the financial support,play the role of housing accumulation fund and ensure the housing accumulation fund loans in a timely manner,make a effectively connection between affordable housing and commercial housing,strengthen the market guide and supervision,to stimulate the potentiality of housing consumption.
