    六盘水2014年房地产市场运行分析与展望

    摘要

    2014年,六盘水市房地产投资、商品房销售面积及金额均呈上升态势,商品房销售均价同比下降,二手房市场销售面积和金额均大幅下滑。企业整体实力不强、房地产企业融资困难、司法查封大量增加、供配电设施建设费收费标准过高等问题影响着六盘水市的房地产市场发展。随着国家对房地产市场政策的调整以及六盘水市建设的不断完善,六盘水市的房地产业将迎来新一轮的发展机遇。

    Abstract

    In 2014,the real estate market in Anshun running smooth on the hole,indicators included the completion of real estate development investment,sales area of commercial housing,but the commercial housing average sales price was dropped,also,the sales area and amount of second-hand housing market was dropped. Some problems were influenced the development of estate market,such as the power of hole real estate enterprises was not strong,the financing difficulties,a large increasing in judicial seizure,the standard of power supply and distribution facilities construction fee was too high. With the adjustment of the national policy on the real estate market and the constant improvement of construction in liupanshui will bring a new round of development opportunities to the real estate industry.
