2014年，贵州省住房公积金缴存和使用都继续保持健康稳定的发展态势，利用住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设的试点工作持续开展。然而，在制度覆盖面、地区发展、使用住房公积金缴纳租住住房的租金、住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设试点范围扩大、异地贷款业务开展等方面存在一些问题。为此，需要从规范住房公积金的决策和管理、缴存扩面工作、住房公积金个人贷款工作、住房租赁市场发展、利用住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设试点工作等诸多方面进行努力。
<<In 2014，the housing accumulation fund deposit and use is satay in healthy and stable development trend in guizhou，and carry out the pilot job of affordable housing constraction that supported by housing accumulation fund loan continually. However，there are also some problems such as the system coverage，regional development，the use of housing fund to pay housing rent，affordable housing constraction that supported by housing fund，development of loan business. So，we need improve the work according to regulation the housing accumulation fund decision-making and management，expand the deposit of housing accumulation fund，personal housing accumulation fund loans，housing rental market development，the pilot job of affordable housing constraction that supported by housing accumulation fund.
