Strengthen and improve the Land Law Enforcement supervisory work is the Land Resource Management Bureau implement the spirit following of The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18^th Communist Party of China Central Committee；fulfill the realistic requirements of enhancing the ability and capacity of law-based administration in advance. In recent years，Henan land law enforcement supervisory work have been made a great and obvious achievements，but also existing several problems such as the unsound current laws and regulations，the remaining of localism interference，the weak land law enforcement supervision strength，and the imperfect related system and mechanism and so force. In the future，Henan should enhance the land law enforcement supervisory work by improving and perfecting the laws and regulations for land resources management，cultivating a good atmosphere for land law enforcement supervisory，establishing and improving the long-term mechanism for land law enforcement supervisory as well as strengthening the construction of land law enforcement supervisory team and so on.
