Henan focuses on strengthening the construction of the rule of law in public security organs In2014. The outstanding problems in the course of implementation are rectified effectively. The case-solving ability is enhanced obviously. Working places become more formal. Law enforcement systems gradually improve. But we must be clearly aware that there still exists some problems，such as the thought of the law enforcement for people not firm，the case-solving ability insufficient，the management level of the law enforcement not high，the implementation of the law enforcement system lacking of power，the effectiveness of supervision and restriction not good，etc.. In 2015，we should further optimize and strengthen the construction of the rule of law in public security organs from at least the following five aspects of day-to-day execution：the concept education，source management，security management，system construction，supervision mechanism.
