Especially since the eighteenth congress in recent years，Henan has taken a lot of positive exploration and practice in the restriction and supervision of administrative power，But due to various reasons，there are still exist nonstandard administrative power operation，even still exist more frequent corruption. In order to strengthen the restraint and supervision over the use of administrative power，we should strengthen the rule of law education，strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law，establish legal belief，accelerate the reform of administrative power structure，and deepen reform of administrative management and administrative law enforcement system in an all-round way，improve and perfect the laws and regulations of restriction and supervision of administrative power system.
