This paper analyses the strategic meaning of intelligent industry development at Huanpu District from views of breeding new economic growth point and breakthrough at industry transformation and upgrading. The advantages and disadvantages, chances and challenges are explored by SWOT analysis. Based on that, the orientation and targets on the whole or each step of intelligent industry development in Huangpu are set, and further detailed systematic development path is built under the four strategies of innovation, dislocation, program leading and industrial clusters. To keep good order, intelligent robot industry is a focus to promote three intelligent industries developing, and some key projects are the emphases for industry developing. This paper provides an allocation policy through the analysis of industry area allocation to maintain industry cluster, and presented some policy suggestions to perfect the development of Huangpu intelligent industry. <<
