Due to the combined effect of multiple factors，the management of juvenile criminals in Beijing still exists many problems，such as cohesion being not smooth，relatively narrow coverage，stressing the form，targeted and professional to be enhanced，etc. In order to ensure that the juvenile criminals can really return to society and maintain the harmony and stability of the capital city of Beijing，we should do a good job of management from promulgating the normative documents，constructing the information database，doing good organizational guarantee，smoothing the convergence mechanism，strengthening the coordination and so on.
