在移动互联时代的大背景下,中央企业积极响应国资委号召,纷纷融入新媒体,形成了央企两微矩阵。蓬勃发展的同时,也面临着定位布局、手段创新、产业融合等多方面的问题与挑战。本研究基于现阶段央企新媒体应用现状及运营效果,归纳分析央企新媒体利用特征,指出现阶段存在的问题,提出“三微一端”布局思路及整合传播策略,帮助企业融入“互联网+”,实现生产销售推广服务环节优化,推动企业转型升级。
<<Under the background of the mobile internet era,the central enterprises start their convergence of new media as a positive response to the SASAC. The matrices of Weibo & WeChat are formed. Meanwhile,the central enterprises are facing the problems and challenges of location layout,methods innovation and industrial convergence. This research is based on the application situation and operation effect of new media which belongs to the central enterprises,analysing the characteristics of its use in order to point out the problems at the present stage. This article also brings the layout ways and integrate communication strategies of Weibo、WeChat、Weishi & Clients so as to help the central enterprises integrate into the intelligent Internet and optimize the process of production,promotion and services,promoting the transformation and upgradation of enterprises.
