2014年中国政务新媒体全面进入移动化发展,并呈现平台多元化格局。政务新媒体在既有“两微一端”的基础框架下,已逐渐拓展到6大新媒体族类的“10+”个移动媒介平台。尤其是以短视频和网络电台为代表的视听类政务新媒体,以及基于移动搜索应用的“政务直达号”为代表的政务新媒体进一步实现了从“时移”到“位移”的开放式融合,移动化、社交化、O2O服务化、视听化等非线性发展趋势明显。同时,伴随移动新媒体高速演变、形态分化和受众注意力动态迁移的大背景,政务新媒体发展的浮躁氛围也日渐显露。
<<In 2014,China’s Governmental New Media developeed into mobility,and showed a pattern of diversed platforms. Governmental New Media under the framework of“two Micro & one Client”,has gradually extended to 10+ mobile media platforms which belong to six different new media kinds. Audio-visual new media for government affairs represented by short video and internet radio and the governmental new media based on mobile search applications like“Account Direct to the Government” realize open convergence from the “time-shift” to “displacement”. The nonlinear developmental trends of mobility,socializing,O2O service,audio-visual technology were evident. Meanwhile,with the high-speed evolution of mobile new media,morphological differentiation and dynamic migration of audience attention,the impetuous atmosphere of governmental new media are increasingly shown in the process of development.
