New communication technologies make news dissemination mechanism being reshaped. Currently，Micro-communication gradually becomes the mainstream form of dissemination. To build an evaluation system of newspaper’s microcommunication force appeals to the needs of media convergence. This article evaluates the situation of the newspaper’s micro communication capabilities，analyzes the existing problems of paper’s micro-dissemination，and puts forward reasonable suggestions to enhance the newspaper’s micro communication capabilities，so as to strengthen the micro communication capabilities.
