随着微信的高度普及,其朋友圈、公众号中的“谣言”也大量泛起,对普通公众极具误导性。据微信安全负责人表示,微信平均每天拦截的“谣言”多达210万次。微信公众号生态圈具有强关系和高封闭性特点,使其“谣言”传播具有一定特殊性。本研究借助LIWC文本语义分析等研究方法,对625篇被举报为“谣言”的公众号文章进行分析,发现公众号“谣言”传播具有一定时间周期和地域分布特点;其主题集中在“食品安全”、“人身安全”及“疾病相关”方面;传播手法上惯用夸大的数据及大量图片等恐惧性说服手段以增强其传播性;力求用看似理性的文字使受众信服。总的来说,“谣言”是信息不确定性的体现,无法彻底消除,但我们可以根据其传播特点来快速辨别和尽量消除其负面影响。
<<As Wechat becomes more and more popular,rumors among Wechat friends’circle and public accounts emerge and bring a lot of misleading information to the public. Security department of Wechat declares that they averagely intercept more than 2100000 pieces of rumors every day. The rumor spreading of public accounts on Wechat is quite special due to the factors of strong relationship and closed-system. This survey analyzes 625 pieces of rumors among public accounts of Wechat by using LIWC text analysis method. The results reveal that:(1) The spread of rumors among public accounts on Wechat features in time and space allocation. (2)The themes of rumors are mainly about food safety,personal security and disease.(3)Exaggerated statistics as well as plenty of terrible images are used to strengthen the spreading of such rumors.(4)Rumors carry seemingly rational words to convince the audience. All in all,rumors demonstrate the uncertain aspect of information. They cannot be eradicated,but we could distinguish them and reduce their negative effect according to its dissemination attributes.
