By studying the experiences and practice of house site utilization and administration in domestic major cities and regions,this article gives advice and proposes certain measures for the utilization and administration of house site in Guangzhou from four aspects,which respectively are to clarify property right and classify it,to enhance the establishment and application of house site administration regulations,to lead the development of house site into an intensive one,and to approve ambient environment of house site synchronously. <<
