Luoyang,as the capital for 13 dynasties and the core area of culture in history,should take more responsibility and contributions to the construction of inheritance and innovation of Chinese historical civilization.This article,with the construction of core area and demonstration city as its developing orientation,gives a clear statement about what Luoyang should do in the aspects of organization,policy,plan,study,propaganda,project and supervision and generalizes the results gained and problems existing.Moreover,it promotes suggestions for further strengthening the construction of the inherited and innovative zone of Chinese historic civilization. <<
