In recent years,Henan has kept a good momentum of continually steady development in film and television industries and some development effects have begun to display in such aspects as news propaganda,media construction,film and television creation and public service facilities.Nowadays,the industry is playing an important role in the construction of the public cultural undertakings and cultural industries in Henan,however,there still exist some problems that cannot be ignored,such as homogenization competition,lack of more powerfully technological creation,non-creative industry management,policy bottlenecks and thirst for talent pool construction,etc.In order to further push forward the development of film and television industry,this paper promotes a series of countermeasures and suggestions from taking news broadcasting as station's base,full-around media construction,implementing big project of fine artistic works,reforming creative system to training qualified experts.And it also draws a blue print for the prospect of radio,film and television industry development in Henan. <<
