In recent years,Henan has gained great achievements in producing and creating fine cultural works which are diverse in category,attaching importance to cultural heritance and using financial support as priority.The achievement has brought great social benefits,however,many problems are appearing at the same time,for example,the cultural advantages haven't been dug out completely,self-creation is not enough,the market operations are not very effective and the economic efficiency is still on a lower stage,and all of these bring with them the necessity of setting up a propelling mechanism to break through the bottlenecks,thus can we realize an effective promotion in producing and creating cultural fine works in Henan. <<
