In implementing the resolutions of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee,the"Guidelines to Support Henan Province to Build Central Plains Economic Region"and the Second Plenary Session of Ninth Congress of CPC Henan Committee,the motivation,orientation and aim for 2012 in cultural construction of Henan province is becoming clearer and clearer,in many fields,new highlights of development are emerging in an endless stream,such as the construction of public culture service,the protection and exploitation of cultural heritage,the production of cultural art works,the organization of public activities,the development of cultural industry and external cultural cooperation.All of these have moved forward the construction of the Inherited and Innovative Zone of Chinese Historic Civilization step by step,and as a result greatly publicized the Big Zhongyuan Culture and promoted the regional soft power. <<
