In 2011,with the improvement of the cultural soft power in Henan province,cultural industry was becoming an important engine to propel the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. In this year,the cultural industry kept a rapid growth in speed,expanding in scale and increasing in labor productivity. While in the meantime,a lot of problems still existed,for example,the whole development scale was not big enough,innovative ability was not so strong and consumption remained on a low level. In order to realize a great-leap-forward cultural development,the corresponding measures can be adopted which are continuously promoting cultural system reform,accelerating the pace of scientific innovation and increasing cultural consumption,thus the construction of Central Plains Economic Region including the Inherited and Innovative Zone of Chinese Historic Civilization can gain a strong and powerful industrial support. <<
