Since the November of 2011,the cultural construction in Henan province has been so brilliant that it has got many great harvests in fine cultural creation.The film The Red Plum blossoms under the Chopper and other seven works won the Best Works Awards for spiritual civilization in the 12th Awarding organized by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee.The reform of cultural system has gained phased achievements.188 station-owned institutes and departments of literature and art have fully completed their reform.The first 39 non-political newspapers and periodicals have been successfully transformed into enterprises.18 provincially administered municipalities and 158 counties have also completed the work on reorganizing comprehensive law enforcement agencies for cultural markets.A good momentum has been so strong that the added value realized 45.437 billion Yuan(1.7% of GDP),23.8% higher than that of last year and 7.2% higher than the increasing speed of GDP.In 2013,the cultural construction of Henan province will continuously keep its good momentum with its cultural undertakings advancing and cultural industries booming.The added value of cultural industries will steadily increase to about 1.9% of GDP.Future will see an all-around blossom in the construction of inheritance and innovation of Chinese historical civilization.The cultural construction of new rural communities will be enhanced actively and healthily. <<
